The Bachelor of Music Level 7 is a one-year full-time music qualification that brings students to an advanced level of knowledge and skills in major areas of musical understanding and performance. The Diploma in Contemporary Music Level 5 and the Diploma in Performance Music Level 6 are pre-requisites to this course. The degree is unique because it is taught within a Christian environment. Students will complete a Theology paper and enjoy weekly worship times together with other students and staff.
Students who choose to complete this music course will receive further one-on-one tuition in their chosen stream (Instrument, Voice, and Song writing). The Vision College Bachelor of Music (Contemporary Christian Music) combines performance and academic study. Students continue to develop skills in their elective (Voice, Instrument, or Song writing) and also develop higher research and academic skills. Students can study the type of music they love in their specialist voice or instrument electives including Rock, Pop, R&B, Jazz or Classical.
The degree programme has a balance of both performance and academic aspects and many of our graduates have been highly successful in their music-related careers which include performance, education, church leadership, music management and music production. Some have furthered their study with Post Graduate Diplomas or Masters degrees.

Absolutely. Our graduates have continued on to complete a Post-Graduate Diploma or an Honours Degree and then on to completing a Master's Degree.
Studying for a qualification is a serious commitment, like a full-time job, so any work should be part-time and not interfere with your classes or study.
No, we have a computer lab available for students however you may want to have your own device/laptop so you can work where and when you like.
