STEP TWO:

Once we receive your enrolment form, you will be contacted for a time to either come in for an interview (which can be by Microsoft Teams) or for more details. Some courses require a short essay to be completed and/or references and perhaps a Police check. The pages for each course will explain if these apply to you.

STEP THREE:

Because we are government funded, we require two forms of proof of identity, such as a birth certificate with at least one having a photograph such as a passport, 18 Plus card, drivers licence or Justice of the Peace verified photograph. These can be brought in at the time of the interview or at a time before the course starts.

NOTES:

  • Sending us your enrolment form is not a full commitment on your part, but does ensure that you do not miss out on a place on your chosen course. So it pays to get it to us as soon as you can.
  • No payment is needed with your initial application. This is not required until you have been accepted onto the course.
  • If you have any questions at all, call us on 0800 834 834 or email hello@visioncollege.co.nz or use the live chat function on the website.

STEP FOUR:

If you are accepted onto the course you or your agent (international students) will be sent a Conditional Letter of Offer. With this letter, With this letter International students can commence the student visa application process. International students can use this Conditional Offer commence the student visa application process. Confirmation of a place on the programme of study will require payment of fees to be made in full, especially when demand for the programme is high. If payment is received and the intake originally given in the Conditional Offer of Place is full, the applicant will be put into the next available intake and revised documentation provided. Domestic students need to confirm that you want to accept your place on the course, by signing and returning the Letter of Offer. Once you have done this you are enrolled in the course.

PAYMENT OF FEES:

Most domestic (NZ) students pay their fees by interest-free student loan. You can apply to StudyLink for a student loan and/or allowance even while your application is still being processed by Vision College.  For more information about interest-free student loans click here.

If you don’t want to pay for your fees by student loan you will need to pay the course fees in full before your course starts. The bank account details for Vision College can be requested by contacting us.

If international students have not yet paid fees, once you receive an Approval in Principle (AIP) for your student visa you will need to pay fees in full to be sent a receipt and unconditional Offer to finalise the visa.  Click here for our refund policy

All student fees collected by Vision College for courses are banked directly into a Trust fund administered by a Chartered Accountant. Periodic payments to Vision College will be affected from that trust on a monthly basis over the term of the student’s course.
